摘要
从图书馆员继续教育的动力和现实出发,提出将激励机制引进图书馆员继续教育管理的建议,并对建立在激励机制上的馆员继续教育及其全面提高素质,进行了从实践到理论的探索。
Starting from the motive force and reality of librarians' continuous education, this paper puts forward the suggestion of introducing the motivation mechanism into the management of librarians' continuous education, and from the practice to the theory, probes into the librarians' continuous education based on the motivation mechanism and all-round improvement of librarians' quality.
