The Environmental Problems in Shanxi Province Caused by the Coal Industry and Controlling Measures

简述了山西省煤炭业引起的环境问题,从4个方面分析了煤炭业引起环境问题的原因,提出了“建立绿色国民经济核算制度、制定全部资源的有偿开采制度、模拟生态系统功能”等减缓环境问题产生的措施。

This paper briefly introduces the environmental problems caused by the coal industry in Shanxi Province, from four aspects, analyzes on the reasons of the environmental problems caused by the coal industry, and puts forward some measures for reducing the generation of the environmental problems such as establishing the green national economy＇s calculating system, working out the compensated mining system for all resources, and simulating the functions of the ecological system.
