曼舒林栓治疗细菌性阴道病160例疗效观察

Study on Efficacy of Man Shu Lin in the Treatment of Bacterial Vaginosis

目的为探讨曼舒林栓治疗细菌性阴道病疗效。方法对本院收治的细菌性阴道病患者300例,随机分为两组,A组160例,用曼舒林栓治疗;B组140例,用甲硝唑治疗,观察并比较两组治疗结束后一周的有效率,并于下次月经干净后复查各组的复发率。结果治疗结束后一周,A组有94.38%效率,B组为92.86%,复查复发率:A组13.75%,B组25.71%,两者比较A组复发率明显低于B组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论本临床研究证明曼舒林栓治疗细菌性阴道病效果好,方法简便,复发率低,安全、有效。

Objective To investigate the effects of Man Shu Lin in the treatment of Bacterial Vaginosis. Methods Three hundred women with Bacterial vaginosis were randomized into two groups. Group A （n=160） were treated with Man Shu Lin and group B （n=140） were treaded with metronidasole. Observe and compare the curative rate of two groups of treatment after u week, and recheck each group＇s recurrence rate after next period. Results After treatment for a week, the curative rate of group A was 94.38%, the curative rate of group B was 92.86%, recheck each group＇s recurrence rate： group A was 13.75%, group B was 25.71%, recurrence rate in group A was significantly lower, there was a significant difference between recurrence rate of group A and group B （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Man Shu Lin is an available,safe,effective treatment of Bacterial Vaginosis, and there were less low recurrence rate.
