摘要
对脱硫工业中的三相循环流化床的操作特性进行了研究.结果发现:空塔时气速对填料+挡板压降的影响较大;有喷淋时,压降的变化主要是气速、喷淋密度共同作用的结果.吸收剂的pH值大时,脱硫率高;pH值小时,脱硫率低.
In this study, the three- phase circulating fluidized bed operating character of desulfurization industry is investigated. It is found that the main factor affecting padding + baffle plate pressure drop is gas velocity without spraying ;When spraying, it is shown that gas velocity and spraying density jointly affect pressure drop. Desulfurization rate increases when the PH value of the absorption tower increases. On the contrary, when the PH value is down, desulfurization rate is down.
