摘要
利用ANSYS软件分析了在役隔离开关支柱瓷瓶承受的拉应力、剪应力情况,得到上下元件瓷体部分危险区域的最大应力值;结合工程断裂力学理论,推导出计算Ⅰ-Ⅲ混合型裂纹的临界裂纹尺寸公式,结合裂纹形状因子,给出隔离开关支柱瓷瓶检测灵敏度的理论依据。
With finite element analytic software ANSYS, tensile stress and shear stress in post porcelain insulator of disconnect switch are analyzed, and maximal stress is obtained in dangerous area of insulator units. Combining theory of fracture mechanics, formulas of critical crack size of mode I- m crack fracture is deduced. Reasonable sensitivity foundation of testing post porcelain insulator is determined, according to crack shape coefficient.
