Analysis and Improvement on the Circuit Breaker Abnormal Automatic Close

在某一110 kV综合自动化变电所倒闸操作过程中,由于五防回路设计上的原因,导致断路器非正常自动合闸,造成110 kV系统方式的不正常运行,该文对此进行分析,并提出了改进措施。

During a switching course in a certain l lOkV automatic substation, owing to the reason of the design in five protection circuits, which results in the eircuit breaker unusual automatic close, the l lOkV system is caused operating abnormally. The problem is analyzed, and the improvement measures are proposed in this paper.
