“B”试剂回收锗新工艺在我厂的应用及改进 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了“B”试剂回收锗新工艺在株洲冶炼厂生产应用情况。针对生产中出现的问题,对该工艺进行了改进研究。结果表明:将连续补加YW-100改为间断补加YW-100,可以使YW-100的耗量降至连续外加的1/6~1/4,并减轻了萃取过程中的乳化现象;将反萃剂“B”试剂浓度由原工艺的2.0~2.3mol/L降至0.5~1.0mol/L,可以省去滤饼两次洗涤工序和蒸发工序,并解决了循环液体积膨胀需定期排放的污染环境问题,从而提高了锗的回收率和降低了“B”试剂的耗量。生产实践证明了上述结果。 Application and upgrade of Ge recovery process using Breagent are presented. Practice shows that discontinuous addition of YW-100, instead of continuous, can lowered the YW-100 consumption to1/6-1/4 and reduced the emulsion during solvent extraction The use ofback extractant (B reagent) concentration of 0.5-1 .0 mol/L, instead offormer 2.0-2 .3 mol/L, can eliminated the two-stage cake scrubbing andevaporization operations, thus the environmental problem arising fromthe need for regular discharge of the excessive circulating solution hasbeen solved, Ge recovery is improved and consumption of B reagent isreduced.
