菜籽饼肥与化肥配合施用对烤烟伤流液组分的影响

Effect of Combining Application of Rape-seed Cake and Chemical Fertilizer on Root Bleeding Sap Composition of Flue-cured Tobacco

土壤培养条件下研究化肥、菜籽饼肥及其配合施用对烤烟伤流量及伤流液组分的影响。结果表明,3种处理烤烟伤流量在下部叶成熟期最高,其后逐渐降低。处理间比较,又以施用化肥的烤烟根系伤流量较高,施用饼肥的最低,化肥与饼肥配合施用居中。施用化肥的烤烟伤流液中硝态氮、铵态氮和游离氨基酸含量一般较高,饼肥与化肥配合施用其次,施用饼肥的最低。施用化肥的烤烟伤流液中磷、钾及可溶性糖含量一般低于施用饼肥或饼肥与化肥配合处理。

The influences of chemical fertilizer, rape seed cake and their combining application on the amount and composition of root bleeding sap of flue-cured tobacco were studied under soil culture experiment. The amount of root bleeding sap reached the top at mature stage of lower leaves of flue-cured tobacco, then reduced gradually. The amount of root bleeding sap of the treatment applying fertilizer was obviously more than applying rape seed cake, the sap amount of combining application of rape seed cake and chemical fertilizer was between them. The content of nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen and free amino acid in the root bleeding sap of tobacco was the most when chemical fertilizer was applied. When rape seed cake and chemical fertilizer were together applied, it was the least when only rape seed cake was applied. The content of inorganic phosphorus, potassium and soluble sugar in root bleeding sap of tobacco applying fertilizer was lower than that applying rapeseed cake and fertilizer together or rapeseed cake only.
