在用V型槽定位测量轴颈直径的基础上,采用比较测量方法,设计出一种测量铁路货车轮对轴颈直径的便携设备,并分析了测量的不确定度,系统能够实现自动校准、定位和实测,不确定度小于0.8μm,保证了轴承轴颈选配时轴颈直径数据的准确性.

The comparison methods to measure the journal diameter based on the V model slot orientation is put forward. The systemic design scheme is given and the measuring uncertainties are analyzed. The system can automatically calibrate, orient and measure. The uncertainty is less than 0.8 μm. The system has already been used in a local repairing plant successfully.
