Analysis of Influencing Factors of Project Risk Communication Based on Theory of Planned Behavior

以计划行为理论(TPB)为基础分析了影响项目成员进行风险沟通行为的因素,主要有风险沟通态度、主观规范、行为控制认知等内在因素,以及包括期望报酬与人际关系、任务相关性、资源等外在因素,并给出了相应建议。

Risk communication has become a new issue to study. With theory of planned behavior, a few factors are proposed to analyze a team member＇s risk communication behavior, consisting of expected rewards, expected associations, position, and task interdependence and so on. Finally, several measures to improve risk communication are brought about.
