在市场全球化和知识经济时代,人们越来越关注员工激励方式以及职业发展的竞争力与连续性,而这些问题都与员工可就业能力有关。对可就业能力的概念及其结构模型进行了深入、系统的分析;对可就业能力在高校及企业两个领域内的培养模式进行了探讨。
In the era of globalization and knowledge - based economy, people tend to pay more attention to employee, motivation as well as the competitiveness and consistency of career development. These issues are related to employability. The history of employability concept and its related researches were analyzed. The employability improvement methods and practices in higher learning organization and companies were summarized, and the relationship between lifelong learning and employability was discussed.
