Thought on How Enterprise Human Resources Transform into Human Capital in the View of Core Competitiveness

论述了人力资本是企业核心竞争力的基石,从核心竞争力视角分析了我国目前企业人力资源变为人力资本中存在的主要问题,提出了企业人力资源变为人力资本的对策。

This paper illustrates that human capital is the base on which the core competitiveness forms. Then from the view of core competitiveness, the author analyzes the main problems that existed in the process transforming enterprise human resource into human capital. At last, the author puts forward the countermeasures to these problems.
