摘要
针对碳酸二甲酯(DMC)与苯酚酯交换合成碳酸二苯酯(DPC)的反应,进行了催化剂筛选,实验结果表明,催化剂孔径大小对反应选择性有较大的影响;介孔催化剂有利于DMC和苯酚酯交换生成DPC,而微孔催化剂则使DMC和苯酚反应生成苯甲醚和甲基苯基碳酸酯。V2O5是较好的酯交换合成DPC的催化剂,特别是负载型V2O5/S iO2催化剂表现出较高的催化活性和DPC选择性。以V2O5/S iO2为催化剂考察了V2O5负载量、反应温度、反应时间和物料配比对酯交换反应的影响,得到较适宜的反应条件:V2O5的负载量(质量分数)40%,反应温度180℃,反应时间12h,苯酚与DMC的摩尔比为10∶1。在此条件下,DPC的选择性为60.6%,DPC的收率为25.7%。
A series of catalysts were prepared for synthesis of diphenyl carbonate (DPC)by transesterification of methyl-carbonate (DMC) with phenol. The distribution of products and yield of DPC were influenced significantly by pore diameter and specific surface area of supported catalysts. Catalysts with mesoporous structure were favorable for formation of DPC, while micro-porous catalysts promoted formations of anisole and methyl phenyl carbonate. V2O5 proved to be an efficient catalyst for transesterification, especially when it was supported on meso-porous SiO2. Content of V2O5 in catalyst had significant effect on performance of the catalyst. High DPC selectivity and yield were achieved on V2O5/SiO2 with V2O5 loading of 40% (mass fraction). Under optimal reaction conditions: temperature 180 ℃,time 12 h and n(phenol) : n(DMC) = 10 : 1 ,selectivity to DPC and its yield could reach 60.6% and 25.7% respectively in transesterification on V2O5/SiO2 catalyst.
