摘要 通过选择和优化工艺,采用无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)树脂和管材专用色母粒制备出PP-R管材着色料。结果表明:该着色料分散性小于3级,耐热温度大于260℃,耐光性能和加工性能达到进口同类产品的技术指标,能够满足PP-R管材的要求。 Through selection and optimization the technology, a kind of colored polypropylene (PP) tubing resin was prepared with adopting propylene random copelymer as base resin and a speciality color masterbatch for tubing. The experimental results show that the dispersibility of the pigment is lower than grade Ⅲ; the heat resistant temperature of the colored resin is higher than 260 ℃; the light resistance and processability of the colored resin reaches the performance indexes of the imported product of same kind. The colored resin so prepared can satisfactorily meet the requirements of the propylene random copolymer tubing.
