摘要
采用5t 工频有芯感应熔铝炉,利用电解铝液直接熔炼铸造铝合金(A356),劳动生产率高,环境污染小,合金化学成分均匀(同一熔次硅的级差只有0.07个百分点),产品质量稳定,能耗低(交流电耗为365.15kW·h/t,比原有的同类型1t 熔铝炉低135 kW·h/t)。2台5t 工频有芯感应炉的生产能力可达10 000 t/a 以上。
The GYL-5-500 type 5 t line-frequency coned induction furnaces are used for melting the cast aluminum alloy directly utilizing the liquid electrolytic aluminum in our company, which has higher productivity, lower environmental pollution, homogeneous chemical composition, good product quality and lower energy consumption (the electric consumption is 365.15 kW-hit only, reducing by 135 kW·h/t compared with original 1t line-frequency coned induction furnace). The total production capacity of the two furnaces is over 10 000 t/a.
