铜带铣面出现的周期性"刀棱"直接影响着产品的质量和成品率。作者通过试验和分析确定周期性刀棱是由铣刀的同轴度超差造成的,并据此提出了减小或消除周期性刀棱的有效方法。
The periodic "milling ridge" existed in the surface of milled copper strip will affect the product quality and product yield. The author of this article, through analysis and experiment, finds out that this kind of defect is brought about by out-of-tolerance of milling cutter coaxiality, and puts forward an effective method for reducing or eliminating the defect.
