应用氯前列烯醇提高引进荷斯坦奶牛受胎率的试验研究

Application of Cloprostenol for Increasing Conception Rate of Introduced Holstein Dairy Cow

对直检确诊因持久黄体及黄体囊肿不孕的18头引进荷斯坦奶牛,应用氯前列烯醇分别肌肉注射,200μg和300μg两个剂量组的受胎率均达100%,400μg剂量组的受胎率为88.9%。提示氯前列烯醇为治疗奶牛持久性的黄体及黄体囊肿不孕的首选药。

18 Introduced Holstein dairy cows diag nosed to infertility of persistent corpus luteum and luteal cyst by rectal palpation were intramuscularly injected with cloprostenol in three dose levels：200μg,300μg and 400μg.The conception rate of dairy cows was 100% in both of 200μg and 300μg of injection growps and wsa 88.9% in 400μg of injection group. There fore, It was suggested that cloprostenol could be used as the first-selective drug of treatment of persistent corpus luteum and luteal cyst of dairy cows.
