摘要
对中间包水口堵塞进行了分析,讨论了为减少水口堵塞和提高钢质量而采取的对策。将发生水口结瘤的水口沿横截面切开,取一段制成光片,在光学显微镜下观察其显微结构,利用扫描电镜确定不同物相的组成,据此研究分析水口结瘤的原因,并提出避免水口结瘤的措施。
Water nozzle clogging of tundish is analyzed, and in order to reduce water nozzle clogging and improve the quality of steel, countermeasure is discussed. Cutting off the water nozzle cross-section of the heel, taking a sector and making a polished section, and observing its microstructure with optical microscope, determining the composition of different phase with scan electron microscope. According to the above, the cause of water nozzle clogging is researched, and the measure to avoid water slot heel is put forward.
