摘要
介绍了钢包回转台地脚螺栓在低应力状态下发生脆性断裂的实例。证实了断裂是由选材不当、错误的热处理和安装方式等使强度与韧性不匹配造成的。对该地脚螺栓的设计、制造和安装提出了改进措施。
The brittle failure of the foundation bolt for ladle turntable under the static load and low stress happens due to unsuitable between intensity and toughness above, an improving method is proposed for the bolt in this paper.
