锑锭中杂质元素的ICP-OES法测定方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 使用美国热电公司先进的IRIS(CID)双向观测全谱直读等离子体光谱仪,采用酒石酸钠-硝酸-盐酸络合酸溶的方法,直接测定锑锭中As、Bi、Cu、Fe、Pb和Se的含量.方法有较好的检出限,加标回收率在96%~104%之间.采用多条谱线取平均值的方法测定As、Bi、Cu、Fe,测定相对标准偏差较好.可实现锑锭中这些杂质元素的准确快速同时测定. A measurement method was studied for simultaneous determination of As, Bi, Cu, Fe, Pb and Se in antimony ingot by using Thermo Electron ICP-OES. The samples were dissolved by sodium tartrate, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid, and were measured directly without separating matrix element antimony. The detection limits of As, Bi, Cu, Fe were good for taking average of multi-wavelength. The results showed that the recoveries of standard addition for these elements are between 96% and 104% . The relative standard deviation was less than 3 %. The results were satisfactory for these elements determination in antimony ingot.
