摘要
根据碳素钢和低合金高强度钢的合金强化机理、供货状态、合金元素含量和种类以及结构特点、板厚、焊接方法、操作方式、焊接顺序和层次、使用条件等因素,确定了焊接参数数学模型系数的取值,并通过大量实例(百例以上)验证了取值的正确性.
The coefficient values are determined for mathematical model of welding procedure according to alloy strengthening mechanism; content, type and structure characteristics of alloy elements; supplying status and thickness of plate; welding process and operating method; sequence, passes and layers to weld and service condition etc. The correctness of coefficient values arc proved through welding great number (more than a hundred) examples.
