分析了裂解炉管运行损伤的类型、性能变化特点及其对修复焊接性的影响,研究了渗碳炉管焊接裂纹性质和产生机理.总结了修复焊接的工艺方法和工艺原则.
Analysis to the effect of failure types, property changing characteristics on wcldability is carried out for repair ethene cracking coil. Cracking nature and its creating mechanism arc studied as repair welding for carburizced coil; welding process and procedure arc presented, too.
