通过对GS-17CrMoV511汽缸的焊接工艺评定,确定合理的工艺参数,选择合适的焊接材料,并采取有效的措施来控制焊接变形和防止裂纹产生.试验结果已在生产实践中得到应用,并取得了令人满意的效果.
Procedure parameter's, welding material and measures for eliminating cracking and welding distortion are totally determined through the procedure evalution test of GS-17CrMo 511 steel cylinder. The satisfactory result is obtained as application the research achievement to practical production.
