介绍了全位置自动焊可编程控制系统的接口电路和控制软件.采用C40P型可编程控制器和晶体管脉冲TIG电源,将管子对接环缝划分为四个区间,对每个区间的脉冲电流和基值电流进行程序控制.
Interface circuit and control software of programmable system for pipe automatic positioning welding machine is introduced in the paper. In the system girth weld of pipe is divided into four typical zomes, then both pulse and base currents can be controlled according to the program corresponding to each zone wiht C40P programmable controller and transistor pulse TIG power source.
