从微生态平衡分析夏季时令外邪致病性的初步研究

The Preliminary Study of Seasonal Exogenous Pathogenic Factors in Summer by Means of Analyzing the Micro-ecology Balance

目的:分析夏季时令外邪与空气微生物及上呼吸道微生态之间的相关性,从微观层面部分提示夏季时令外邪致病特点和发病机理。方法:选取时令病邪致病较典型的夏季急性上呼吸道感染患者60例为研究对象,其中风热型(27例)、暑湿型(33例)并与30例健康人对照,检测空气中的微生物及口咽部微生态状况。结果:①夏季时令外邪的致病性与空气微生物状况相关,受气候温度、湿度及风力的影响;②外感病发病与否除时令外邪的致病因素外,还与人体上呼吸道微生态平衡相关;③风热型及暑湿型两组患者菌群密集度与优势菌两方面出现紊乱。结论:夏季时令外邪致病与空气微生物及上呼吸道微生态之间存在一定相关性。

Objective： To analyze the relevance among seasonal exogenous pathogenic factors in the summer, airborne microbe, and the micro - ecohgy on the upper respiratory tract, reveal the functions of the seasonal exogenous pathogenic factors on human body and its pathogenesis from a micro perspective. Methods： Select 60 typical patients who are infected by acute upper respiratory tract diseases caused by seasonal exogenous pathogenic factors as study subjects. They include 27 cases of wind - heat and 33 cases of summer - dampness, and then compare them with 30 healthy people, check the microbe in the air and micro - ecology condition on the mouthes and throats. Results：①the effect of seasonal exogenous pathogenic factors in the summer is related with the airborne microbe,and it is influenced by climate,temperature,humidity and wind force. The amount and type of the airborne microbe change as a result accordingly.②The occurrance of exogenous disease is not only influenced by the effect of seasonal exogenous pathogenic factors ,but also related with the micro - ecology balance of respiratory tract on human body. ③The microbe group condition on the mouthes and throats of patients who are infected by wind - heat and summer - dampness acute upper respiratory disseases present.
