双介入法配合骨髓血灌注治疗青壮年股骨头缺血坏死

Both-intervention and Marraw-perfusion Treatment of Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head for YouthMen

目的：介绍双介入法配合骨髓血灌注治疗青壮年股骨头缺血坏死。方法：自1997年6月～2002年6月，采用双介入法配合骨髓血灌注治疗青壮年股骨头缺血坏死37例46髋，男27例32髋，女10例14髋；年龄26—44岁，平．均38．2岁。按ficat分期：Ⅰ期18髋，Ⅱ期22髋，Ⅲ期6髋。结果：本组病例均得到随访，平均30．5个月，治疗后达到优22例。良12例，可2例，差1例。疼痛缓解率迭97％和功能恢复优良率91％。结论：双介入法配合骨髓血灌注能很好的改善青壮年股骨头缺血坏死早期病变血运，促进坏死骨修复，延长股骨头使用寿命，改善髋关节功能，是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective ： introduce Both - intervention and Marraw - perfusion treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head for youth men. Methods ： apply introduce Both - intervention and Marraw - perfusion treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head for youth men ,37 cases （44 femoral head） between 1997.2 and 2002.6 ,men 27 cases（32 femoral head ） ,women 10 cases （14 femoral head ）, aged from 26 to 44（average 38.2 years）. Of all the cases ,18 were Ⅰ ,22 wereⅡ ,6 were Ⅲ ,according to ficat classifiction. Results ：were follow up, （average 30.5 months）. Of all the cases, 22 were fine, 12 were good,2 were ecumenic, 1 were bad. lenitive 97% and functional renew nice 91%. Conclusion ： Both -intervention and Marraw -peffusion treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head for youth men at first. It has provided an improving effect for the blood supply of the femoral head,being a safe method with exact therapeutic effects, accelerated osteonecrosis to rehabilitate, prolong life of necrosis of femoral head.
