紫外线诱导细胞因子对皮肤黑素合成的研究进展

摘要 紫外线(本文中主要指290nm^400nm的中波和长波紫外线)是一种外源性的促细胞分裂剂,对细胞有很大的损伤作用,生物体通过庞大的旁分泌和自分泌网络分泌复杂的细胞因子,包括α—黑素细胞刺激素(α—MSH)、内皮素—1(ET-1)、粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM—CSF)、干细胞因子(SCF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、一氧化氮(NO)和组胺等,从而促进皮肤黑素合成,抵抗紫外线的入侵。 Solar ultraviolet radiation ( UVA and UVB ave limited in 290nm~400nm in this review) does a great harm to cell as an external factor which causes cell division. Biology can excrete many kinds of cytokines including α- MSH,ET - 1 ,GM - CSF,SCF,bFGF,NO and histamine through large paracrine network. These cytokines induce melanogenesis to resist uhraviolet.
