探索性眼球活动和精神分裂症的诊断

Exploratory eye movement in diagnosis of schizophrenia

目的:用DEM-2000型眼动监测仪再次验证探索性眼球活动检查在精神分裂症诊断中的价值。方法:给231例精神分裂症(患者组)和274名正常对照者(对照组)进行探索性眼球活动检查。测定凝视点数(NEF)和反应性探索分(RSS),计算敏感度和特异度,进行判别分析,利用判别公式计算判别D值。结果:患者组较对照组的NEF、RSS和D值均显著为低(P均<0.001)。判别公式能区分精神分裂症患者和正常对照者。结论:探索性眼球活动可以作为精神分裂症的辅助诊断指标。

Objective：To revalidate exploratory eye movement in the diagnosis of schizophrenia using the new instrument （DEM-2000）. Method. Exploratory eye movement test in 231 patients with schizophrenia and 274 normal controls were examined respectively. The number of eye fixation （ NEF ） and the responsive search score （RSS） were measured and the sensitivity and the specificity were calculated. The discrimination analysis was performed and the discrimination function was used to calculate the discriminant score （D）. Results： NEF, RSS and D in patients with schizophrenia were significantly lower than those in the normal controls （P 〈 0.001 ）. The discrimination function could differentiate patients with schizophrenia from normal controls. Conclusion： Exploratory eye movement can be used as a supplementary tool in the diagnosis of schizophrenia.
