摘要
采用搅融混合并半固态挤压成形后,使硅线石颗粒与基体LY12复合。试验测定结果表明,半固态挤压得到的复合材料制件组织为变形后的再结晶组织,有良好的力学性能和低的热膨胀系数,为硅线石增强铝基复合材料研究和应用奠定了基础。
Semi-solid extrusion of the stired sillimanite particulate / LY12 mixture was performed to form the particulate-reinforced sillimanite/ LY12 Composite. Experimental investigation including the testing of the mechanical properties and the thermal expansion coefficient of the composite and the observation of the microsturcture was carried out. It was revealed that the microstructure of the composite is deformation-induced recrystallization microstructure and that the composite possesses good mechanical properties and low coefficient of thermal expansion. This provides a basis for further study and application of the sillimanite reinforced aluminium matrix composites.
