食管癌的螺旋CT表现

Spiral CT Appearance of Esophageal Carcinoma

目的:探讨食管癌的螺旋CT诊断价值。方法:36例经病理证实的食管癌患者,行螺旋CT检查。结果:36例中,颈段1例,胸上段4例,胸中段11例,胸下段8例,同时侵及上中段5例,侵及中下段4例,侵及胸段食管上中下段1例,食管下段2例。本组病变最长15cm,管壁不规则增厚,管腔不同程度狭窄或闭塞,部分病例侵及周围器官。结论:螺旋CT检查对中晚期食管癌的诊断准确率较高,可准确判断对周围组织的侵犯,便于指导临床采取相应的治疗措施。

Objective To evaluate the value of the spiral CT in the diagnosis of esophageal carcinoma. Methods 36 patients proved by pathology under went spiral CT examination. Results Among all the case, 1 lesion was in the cevical esophagus ,33 lesions were in the thoracic esophagus,and 2 lesions were in the esophagus. The lesions were located in the thoracic esophagus,4 lesions in the upper segment, 11 lesions in middlesegment, 8 lesions in the lower segment, 5 lesions in upper-middle segment04 lesions in middle-lower segment, 1 lesions in all segments. In the 36 patients the longest tumor length is 15 cm with the esophageal wall thickened, the esophageal wall irregularly thickened result in esophageal narrow or obstruction,in some cases the tumor invade peripheray. Conclusion The spiral CT judgment for the invasion of esophageal carcinoma is with high accuracy. It is very helpful for determining the extent, also it is important for clinicians to make treatment plan.
