摘要
本文从引起医疗纠纷的原因入手,对非技术原因引发的医疗纠纷提出对策,着重于有效沟通与关爱的内容与方法,强调懂得医患双方利益,提高医务人员自身素质,重视语言技巧等,才能建立病人的信任,进而避风险,说明医患关系在一定程度上比职业技能更重要。
