摘要
本文对R-32和I-5的二种催化剂(含Pt≈0.3%)回收铂的工艺进行了实验室研究。采用高温焙烧—盐酸+氧化剂浸出-溶剂萃取铂新工艺。一次浸出作业可使废渣含Pt降至50g/t以下,用N235萃取代替现行的锌粉置换,铂回收率可提高1%以上;用水解法精制后,可获得99.98%铂产品,实收率97%以上。
A new recovery process of platinum from two kinds of wasted catalysts by using high temperature roasting-HCl leaching with an oxidant-solvent extraction has been experimented at lab.by one stage of leaching.The content of Pt in the residueis is less than 50g/t.Pt recovery effeciency can be enhanced above 1% by N235extraction in place of Zn replacement method.99.98% Pt products can be obtained by hydrolysis refining and the recovery can be up to above 97%.
