摘要
研究了真空热处理对W-7Ni-3Fe高密度合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,真空热处理可使合金试样的抗拉强度及伸长率显著提高,但对冲击劫度影响不大。通过对合会试样断口形貌的扫描电镜(SEM)观察及对试样断口表面合金元素价态的X射线光电子能借(XPS)分析,探讨了真空热处理对合金力学性能影响的机理。
The effect of vacuum heat treatment on the mechanical properties of the W-7Ni-3Fe heavy alloywas investigated.The results show that the tensile strength and elongation of the as-sintered specimens aremarkedly improved by vacuum heat treatment while the impact toughness is a little influenced.The fracture be-havior of the alloy specimen was investigated by scanning electron microscope and the valence state of alloying el-ements on the fracture surfaces was determined by X-ray photoelectron spectroscope.The mechanism of the effect of vacuum heat treatment on themechanical properties of the alloy was discussed.
