摘要
研究了尿素对固体渗硼的作用。结果表明,固体修硼时加适量尿素可显著提高渗硼速度,对于20、45钢可提高渗速一倍以上,对于T8、GCr15和Cr12钢也分别提高渗速80%、77%和69%;加尿素渗硼得到的共渗层具有良好的耐蚀和抗高温氧化性能,而显微硬度和耐磨性并不降低;加尿素的固体渗硼实际上是以渗硼为主的硼氮碳共渗。
In this paper,the effects of urea on pack boronizing have been studied. The following results wereobtailled: a modtrate content of urea with boronizing can evidently increase boronizing speed,over one time tolow and L*edium carbon steel and respectively increase 80%, 77% and 69% to steel T8,G Cr15 and Cr12. Com-p.red with unboronized layer,the multi-elemental-boronized layer obtained by urea has higher corrosion resis-tance and high temperature oxidation resistance, having the same micro-hardness and wear resistance. Theboronlzing with urea is nitrogen-carbon boronizing under which boronizing plays a leading role.
