摘要
广东经济发展中的突出问题是区域发展失衡和城乡发展失衡。以外商直接投资为动力,以本地生产要素低成本和高投入为基础,高度依赖对外加工贸易的经济增长方式是区域发展失衡的主要原因;而农村资金大量流失和低效率利用支农资金是城乡发展失衡的重要原因。从地缘经济关系的角度寻求解决这两个问题的途径,主张建立港澳深珠环珠江口经济共同体和创建新的农村金融体系。
The problems in economic development in Guangdong is the unbalanced district development and the unbalanced development between town and country.This article presents an analysis of these two problems and puts forward some corresponding solutions.
