摘要
转型期公安高校的民警培训教育师资队伍存在知识更新缓慢、知识结构老化、教学方法单一、教师下基层锻炼、调研的热情不高、个别培训教学领域师资力量薄弱等一系列问题。要解决这些问题,应采取以下对策:建立主讲教师制度,完善下派调研机制;引进外援,积极探索教官制的实施;设立公安管理专业,培养师资队伍;规范教学评价和督导机制,建立培训教学奖励制度。
Teacher's team of training and education in public security university in transformarion period has slow renewal of knowledge, the knowledge structure degradation, single teaching method, the enthusiasm that the teachers go to a grassroots level to practice and survey is not high, and a series of questions such as being weak of teacher's strength in the separate training and teaching field. If we want to solve these problems, we should adopt the following countermeasures: set up lecture teacher's system, perfect the mechanism of survey; Introduce the foreign aid, explore the implementation of the drillmaster actively, set up specialties of public security management, train teachers' team, standardize teaching appraisal, supervision and guidance, set up training and teaching incentive system.
