摘要
文章运用狭义相对论的基本原理,定量分析了对相对运动物体的长度测量和长度观察的区别,总结出观察有相对运动的物体在运动方向上的长度的一般规律。
This paper analyses the effect of length contraction by using principle of narrow-sense relativity. At first it gives the Lorentz formula of length contraction. Then it discusses the difference between measuring length and observing length. Lastly it concludes the discussion.
