本文分析了空调器用内螺纹紫铜管的常用规格、齿形和起内螺纹槽的各种加工方法，着重介绍采用滚珠旋压起槽、圆盘拉伸机进行盘拉生产内螺纹紫铜盘管的生产技术和主要设备，及其结构特点和主要技术参数．
The common-used specifications and the gear form of internally threaded redcopper pipe used in air conditioners and the method for cutting thread groove are reviewed inthis paper. The techniquos and the main equipments for application of ball-roller press to cutthreaded grooves and of disk stretcher to make niternally threaded red-copper coil pipe,as wellas the constructive characters and chief parameters of these equipments are emphatically introduced.
