摘要
选用物理特性优良、对设备材质腐蚀性小的乙二醇作载冷剂,研究化学泥浆的冻融浓缩技术,获得了冷冻温度、冷冻时间、泥浆含固量等因素与泥浆减容比之间的相关性以及适宜的解冻温度和沉降时间,并给出泥浆冷冻和解冻工艺推荐流程。在自行设计的1001冻融装置上对流程进行了验证。
In order to study the dewatering of chemical sludge by freeze-thaw process, the glycol solution is chosen as cooling medium, which has good physical characteristics and low corrosiveness tofacility. The correlation between volume reduction ratio and such factors as treeze temperature,freeze time, solid content of sludge is also determined, and the proper thaw temperature and settling time are got as well. The suitable freeze-thaw technological process is recommended in thepaper. The process is tested on the facility of 100 1 capacity designed by ourself, and the experimental results are satisfactory.
