摘要
研究讨论了扩散式氢计的瞬态响应特性。根据系统的物理原理,得到了其时间常数的解析表达式,从理论和实验上分析了其响应特性和特点及系统中各部件对响应特性的影响。提出了在系统设计、安装以及工作参数选择等方面改善瞬态响应的措施。
The transient resPOnse of diffusion - type hydrogen meter is obtained theoretically andexperimentally. It is found out that the resPOnse time strongly depends on the nickel-tube sensor,the pipe between the sensor and ion pump and the working temperature. The paper also discussedand analyzed how to design the system and its components to shorten the response time.
