文章介绍了干负载处理的实验装置、实验方法和在真空中除气时残余气体谱图分析。通过谱图分析，确定了干负载在安装到电子直线加速器上之前，应进行哪些处理。
The article give a minute description of experiment installation, method for treatments ofdryload and residual gases spectroscopy analysis during its vacuum outgassing. By spectroscopyanalysis, treatment procedures of the dryload installing on LINAC are decided.
