摘要
我国自上个世纪50年代以来,课程方案或教学计划对选修课程的关注可以分为四个阶段:60年代初次提出,80年代恢复尝试,90年代实验探索,新世纪突破创新。在这一历程中,语文学科对选修课程的建设相当缓慢,语文教学大纲对选修课程的关注从90年代才开始。在1996年3月颁布的新的课程方案中,普通高中课程由学科课程和活动课程组成。1996年,根据国家教委《全日制普通高级中学课程计划(试验)》编订的《全日制普通高级中学语文教学大纲》与九年义务教育课程方案相衔接,首次真正把语文选修课程纳入大纲的视野,具有突破性改革思路,对课程结构及其必修课、选修课作了明确的设计和规定;2003年4月颁布的《普通高中语文课程标准(实验)》,对语文选修课程的建设改革力度最大、创新含量最高。
Since the 1950s in our country, the attention given to elective courses by curriculum project or teaching plan has been divided into four stages: firstly put forward in the 1960s, and renewed and tried in the 1980s, and then tested and explored in the 1990s, and finally topped and innovated in the new century. During this course, the building of the elective course in the subject of Chinese remained very slow and it was until 1990s that Chinese began to be paid attention to as an elective course by the Chinese teaching program. In the new curriculum project promulgated in March 1996, the general high curriculum consisted of subject curriculum and activity curriculum. In 1996, on the basis of the Full - Time General High School Curriculum Program (Tested) by the National Education Committee ,the Full -Time General High School Chinese Teaching Program was drawn up, and it was connected with a nine -year compulsory education curriculum project, which for the first time really put Chinese elective course into the vision of the program. It showed topping reforming ideas, making a definite design and provision on the curriculum structures as well as its required and elective courses. In General High School Chinese Curriculum Criterion (Tested) promulgated in April 2003, the advanced ideas of reform and innovation were displayed on the building of Chinese elective course.
