Exploration on Political Authority and Legitimacy Bases

秩序是人类政治生活的首要目标,良好的秩序是社会良性运行和协调发展的基本前提,一定的秩序需要政治权力来建构和维持,但政治权力解决的是政治秩序何以可能的问题,政治秩序要持久存在,还必须具备相应的合法性基础,即建立政治权威。本文通过梳理中外学者对合法性基础理论的阐述,认为政治权威的合法性基础主要存在于这三个层面:意识形态的规训性、政治过程的守法性和政治产品的有效性。

Order is the primary target of political life. The order needs political power to construct and maintain. But what political power solves is the issue of ＂how to＂, Relevant legitimacy bases, which mean to establish the political authority, need to have so that the political order may last permanently. The author believes legitimacy bases the political authority mainly lies in the three aspects： instruction of ideology, law -abiding of political process and the validity of political product.
