高校收费已成为现实。在试行与全面推广中,出现了收费过高的问题。依据公平上的“受益负担,能力支付”原则,应在正视高校收费公平缺失这一事实下,寻求公平的收费路径,落实公平的收费政策,实现高校的收费公平。

The university tuition has become the reality. In the implementation and the comprehensive promotion, universities charge has become too high. This article rests on fair which is ＂to profit the burden, the ability payment＂ , in faces up to universities charge that lacks of fair, seeks the fair charge way, carries out the fair charge politics, to realize the charge fair of the universities.
