摘要
目的探讨匀相法测定血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)值与P lane lla公式(P公式)、P rledew a ld公式(简称F公式)计算结果。方法收集1 862份标本,在日立7600-020全自动生化分析仪上直接测定;TC、TG、LDL-C、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),同时运用P公式与F公式计算每份标本对应LDL-C值,进行统计学处理。结果①TG≤4.52 mm o l/L时P公式法、F公式法与均相法的相关性(r=0.909,r=0.841)好于TG>4.52 mm o l/L时(r=0.807,r=0.787)。②总胆固醇(TC)水平对LDL-C结果也有影响;TG≤4.52 mm o l/L时,TC<6.21 mm o l/L组相关性好于TC>6.21 mm o l/L组;而当TG>4.52 mm o l/L时,TC<6.21 mm o l/L组差异最大。结论在确保TC、TG、HDL-C结果准确可靠的情况下,可以用P公式法、F公式法计算LDL-C值作为参考。
Objective To study LDL-C value measured by Homogeneous assay and the value calculated by Planella formula and Friedewald formula. Methods Collected 1 862 specimens and determined directly LDL-C,TG,TC and HDL-C by auto analyzer. With also calculated respectively LDL-C by Planella formula and Friedewald formula. Results ①When TG≤ 4.52 mmol/L ,the correlation of both LDL-C values of indirectly calculated methods and Homogeneous assay (P r= 0. 909, F r=0. 841) were better than in the group of TG〉4.52 mmol/L(P r=0. 807,F r=0. 787).②When TG≤4.52 mmol/L, the correlation in the group of TC〈6.21 mmol/L was better than in the group of TC〉6.21 mmol/L. The correlation was worst in the group of TG〉4. 52 mmol/L and TC〈6.21 mmol/L. Conclusion The calculated LDL-C can be used as reference only when they are on the basis of reliable TC,TG and HDL-C measurement.
