摘要
目的探讨白细胞过滤对添加剂红细胞中细菌增殖的影响。方法3个单位添加剂红细胞以100 CFU/m l的浓度人为接种金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌及铜绿假单胞菌,然后等分为二,一份经白细胞过滤,另一份作为对照,置4℃保存14 d,每周取样作细菌培养计数。结果添加剂红细胞经白细胞过滤后,经2 w保存未见有金黄色葡萄球菌与铜绿假单胞菌生长,残留的大肠埃希氏菌有显著增殖,但其增殖数量要明显低于对照组。结论保存前过滤白细胞能有效地减少或消除细菌的增殖,对预防细菌污染所致的输血反应有一定意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of prestorage leucocyte filtration on bacterial multiplication in additive red blood cells, Methods Three Units of additive red blood cells were deliberately inoculated with one of S. aureas,E. Coli and P, aeruginosa at a concentration of 100 CFU/ml. Each unit was derided after inoculated ,the one was leucocyte filtrated and the control the other as then stroed for 14 days at 4 ℃. Quantitative bacterial cultures were performed once a week. Results After leucocyte filtration,no S. aureus and P. aeruginosa could be found in the additive red blood cells in 2 weeks storage, the residual E. Coli occurred a significant multiplication,but the number of bacterial were lower in the leucocyte filtration unit than that of the control. Conclusion Prestorage leucocyte filtration can effectively reduce and diminish bacterial multiplication,so it have some significance to prevent transfusion reaction caused by bacterial pollution.
