摘要
本文针对中小企业的特点,分别从打造内部要素和营造外部环境两个方面,对培育和提升我国中小企业核心竞争力的途径提出了构想和对策。
This paper puts forward the thoughts and solves to how to train and improve key competition of middle and small enterprise in China from the two aspects of internal factor and outside environment aiming to the quality of middle and small enterprise.
