建设项目的总投资控制是关系国计民生的大事,只有采取科学的、全过程动态跟踪管理,并重点抓好前期控制的方法,才能有效控制总投资,实现项目预期经济效益和社会效益。
How to control the total invest to construction projeet relates national plan and people＇s living. In order to realize expected economic benifit and social benifit, we must take spentific and dynamic management whole process and grasp earlier control to control total invest effectively.
