摘要
为了解决传统测量技术对精密制造的过分依赖问题,研究者经过多年努力研制成功一种全新原理的位移传感器———时栅传感器.实践表明它具有高精度低成本和智能化等显著优点,目前正在产品化过程之中.
To change the condition that traditional precision measurement techniques depend on machining precision greatly, a novel type of intelligent displacement sensor named time grating is developed with the characteristics of low cost but high precision.
