论基于提升大学核心竞争力之特色办学思路

On the Train of Thoughts of Running a School with Its Own Characteristics based on Promoting University's Core Competence

建构和提升大学的核心竞争力是大学在市场激烈竞争中立于不败之地、保持可持续发展的必要条件.尽管大学的核心竞争力可以从各种不同的视角和层面进行观察、认识和分析,但是特色办学战略成为一种不可或缺的基本战略,有鉴于此,就大学的办学特色与其核心竞争力问题进行探讨,并提出基于提升核心竞争力形成大学办学特色的思路.

The construction and enhancement of the university＇s core competence is a necessary condition that makes it successful in the fierce competition of market and keeps its sustainable development. Although university＇s core competence can be observed, understood and analyzed from different angles, university＇ s characteristic strategy becomes one kind of indispensable basic strategy. To take this into consideration, this article carries out discussion of university＇s characteristics and university＇s core competence, and gives some propositions to form the characteristics of a university by means of building its core competence.
